LIFT PASSES
(available winter season only)
The prices for All Mountain Lift Passes include access to 3 ski resort areas (Grand Hirafu (including Hanazono), Annapuri and Higashiyama for day and night skiing. Please remember that a 1000 JPY deposit is also required. The deposit is refunded once you have completed your skiing through Ticket Refund Machines, which can be found in all Ticket Offices. Ticket Offices can be located at the base of the main lifts/gondolas in each resort area.
The tickets are electronic passes that are scanned before each lift or gondola is used. Children 6 years of age and under are free, however a 1000 JPY is still required for the key card. Individual resort passes are also available.

SKI AND BOARD RENTALS
(available winter season only)
Many snowboard and ski rental shops operate within Niseko. Each rental store offers extensive ranges of current model ski equipment for rental catering to skiers and boarders of all ages, sizes and ability levels.
Rental of clothing and helmets is also available within Niseko. If intending to buy gear in Niseko, do not expect good value prices or selection, hence we advise that you shop before coming to Niseko. Basic gear like goggles and gloves can be bought at reasonable prices.
The Saison Club recommends Winter First Rental Shop located at Rankoshi. They provide free delivery of rental equipment and snow wear (gloves, goggles, jackets, pants and beanies) to the Saison Club, providing proper fitting for your comfort (website not available, please enquire for extra information at Front Desk upon accommodation booking).

Most ski and board schools offer English-speaking teachers for group or private lessons. Lessons are available all levels of skiers or boarders, from beginners to highly experienced. It is important to pre-book lessons, especially private lessons, before your arrival in Niseko to ensure availability.

TRANSLATION SERVICES
The Saison Club has bilingual staff available for translation services such as restaurant bookings. Our staff are available from 09:00 – 20:00 (9:00am – 8:00pm). Please feel free to call on us for help at any time between these hours. In the case of an emergency, staff can be contacted after hours. Translation services are free-of charge to all Saison Club guests.
INTERNET

The Internet is available free-of-charge to all Saison Club guests. A computer is available at the office for internet usage, alternatively, we have connections for laptops should you prefer to use your own personal computer. Our Internet provider is OCN and wireless connection to the Internet is available.
Coffee, sweets and other hot beverages are available from 300 JPY.
CAR HIRE
The Saison Club can arrange car hire for you through Nippon Car Rental. An international driver’s license is required and must be valid for the length of your stay in Japan. Please note, that travelers with an international driver’s license cannot drive vehicles with 8+ seats. For Australian travelers, international licenses can be arranged through any RACQ, NRMA or RACV office. Your vehicle will be ready at the Saison Club upon your arrival to our hotel. Our bilingual staff will assist you with paper work and operating instructions. All vehicles can be fitted with satellite navigation and ski racks if required. There is plenty of daytime parking next to the major lifts. Car parking is also available at the Saison Club. Due to heavy snow conditions we only recommend this option for people that have experienced driving in snow conditions in Niseko-Hirafu or similar heavy snow conditions before. If you require car hire, please confirm that this is available at the time of your book with Saison Club. Actual vehicles may differ dependant on availability at time of booking.
